The Canadian Association of LGBTQ2S+ Lawyers (Call-Acal) is proud to announce the launch of two groundbreaking mentorship programs designed to foster inclusion, growth, and leadership within the legal profession.

The first program is tailored for 2SLGBTQ+ law students, offering guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to students as they navigate their legal education and early stages of their professional careers.

The second program — launched in collaboration with the International Association of LGBTQ+ Judges — is dedicated to mentoring 2SLGBTQ+ lawyers and practitioners who aspire to join the judiciary, providing them with the tools, insights, and connections needed to pursue judicial appointments.

These initiatives reflect Call-Acal’s ongoing commitment to equity, representation, and the empowerment of 2SLGBTQ+ voices in all areas of the legal profession.
